University Design Guidelines
The University of Virginia University Design Guidelines are posted below. Application will be consistent with CPSM clause 700A.3.1 and the HECOM clause 7A.1.3.1 under the "code implementation" section.
The 14th Edition of the University Design Guidelines were updated to reflect changes in University policy and incorporate suggestions from University of Virginia personnel and clients. A summary of the significant changes are posted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format below. The 14th Edition will go in effect December 31, 2024.
