Services Overview

We work closely with the Office of the Architect and Facilities Management throughout the design and permitting processes to ensure that building projects are ready for construction. Once constrution begins, our architects, engineers, and inspectors regularly visit construction sites around Grounds to ensure that the built work matches the plans and specifications. We continue to collaborate with Facilities Management to resolve issues that arise in the field and we evaluate occupancy to ensure a smooth transition to the end users.
